AGUATURBIA (Chile, Santiago) / Hard-Blues-Psych early 70s

We are confronted with an excellent band coming from Santiago, Chile, which recorded two albums early 70's. Besides, both LP's are extremely rare (300 pieces were only pressed !) and only sold by auction !
Band is known as pioneers of psychedelic rock in Chile, and one of the most known outside USA and UK. The majority of the first album's songs represent either Progressive-Space-Rock or a blend of Proto-Prog-Hard & Space-Rock, with a wonderful bluesy ballad "Blues on the Westside". The power vocalizes that fit heavy structures excellent. Peculiarity of this group rests on Denise Corales' vocalisms that make a remarkable counterpoint with her Carlos Corales husband's fuzzy guitar and a so beaty drum.
"Heartbreaker" (not Led Zeppelin cover), a Psych-Blues with gorgeous female vocals, a lot of changes of themes, tempos and moods in Denise vocals. "I Wonder Who" with a great fuzz guitar, beat rhythm, forward drum and some breaks throughout the song. A heavy-blues-progressive "Rollin' & Tumblin' Muddy Waters cover that carries us away so far...
A band which has breaking up in 1974, after knowing some persecutions, and shocked the chile puritan catholic church because of their extravagances and wildnesses.
